Mike Leyva-Doherty
Founder & CEO
Mike Leyva-Doherty is the Founder & CEO of Wholistic Agency, a Tucson-based digital marketing agency built for business owners who want ethical strategy, strong creative, and clear communication.

With bachelor’s degrees in Marketing and Management Information Systems and a master’s degree in Software Engineering, Mike blends brand-building with systems thinking and metrics-based decision-making.
He started his career in digital advertising and social media, then spent years in software engineering and project work across the defense industry and a software startup—experience that shaped his practical, process-driven approach to marketing.

Today, Mike helps businesses turn big ideas into simple, sustainable marketing systems—backed by high design standards, real performance insights, and transparent reporting that makes sense.
Frankie Leyva-Doherty
Co-owner and COO
Frankie Leyva-Doherty is the Co-Owner & COO of Wholistic Agency, bringing a people-first, detail-driven approach to everything we do. With a background in respiratory therapy, yoga, baking, and paralegal work—and experience owning and operating small businesses—Frankie understands what it really takes to build something that lasts.

At Wholistic Agency, he supports both operations and client work with practical business insight, a strong foundation in legal considerations, and a sharp eye for design and consumer behavior. Frankie’s favorite part of the job is partnering with local businesses and helping them grow with strategy that feels authentic, organized, and sustainable.
